As Socialists, we believe that YOU should have decision-making power over anything that affects your life. We aim to create a world where all of our economic and social systems are democratically governed. That’s why our organization prioritizes democratic deliberation in our meetings. Every member has the ability to bring forward an idea or an action, and an equal vote in whether those ideas are accepted by the organization. DSA 101 will teach you how to create a proposal to present to your comrades, and how to deliberate as a collective using parliamentary procedure.
